  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Detail Oriented
  • Multi-line phone system experience helpful
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with customers
  • Ability to handle difficult customers
  • Computer skills
  • Must be organized and professional
  • Must be reliable
  • Must be able to pass background and drug testing
  • Able to work one Saturday a month
