If any additional materials or labor are required to properly complete the installation of your furnace, heat pump or air conditioner, there will be no additional cost to you as our client. Also, we will never leave for a different job until yours is complete.
When we say…“This is how much it is,” that’s how much it is…Period.
There will be no surprises or nightmares with your investment.
If the compressor in your air conditioner or heat pump fails more than once within (5) years after installation, we won’t just replace the compressor. We will install a completely new condensing unit and also give you a brand new (5) year “No Lemon” guarantee.
If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails for any reason within (10) years after installation, we won’t just replace the defective heat exchange. We will install a completely new furnace and also give you a brand new (10) year “No Lemon” guarantee.
We protect every aspect of your comfort system investment!
We promise to protect your property, belongings and home. Our highly trained installation technicians will wear protective covers on their shoes, protect your floors, clean the work area and always leave your home as neat as we found it.
Additionally, we only hire employees that have passed a drug screening and criminal background check. We will not swear, smoke or play loud music while working in your home and we will always courteously answer any of your questions or concerns.
If we dirty it, we’ll clean it. If we damage it, we’ll fix it or replace it.
